Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Factory data reset
Now if you’ve decided to go ahead follow these instructions.
- Make sure your device is fully charged.
- Simultaneously press the Volume + Home + Power button.
- When the device vibrates, release the Power and Home buttons but continue to press and hold the Volume Up button.
- This will launch the recovery process. Now release the Volume UP button
- From here, use the Volume buttons to navigate and the Power button to make a selection.
- Press the Volume down button several times to select the option ‘wipe data / factory reset.’
- Press Power button to select.
- Select Yes — delete all user data’.
- Now you’ll just have to wait for the terminal to perform the whole process.
- When the master reset is complete, ‘Reboot system now’ is highlighted.
- Press the Power key to restart the device
You can also hard reset your Samsung Galaxy Note 4 from setting menu. The process is the following.
- Make sure your device is fully charged
- Access the menu settings.
- Now click Backup & Reset.
- Then press Data factory reset.
- Now click Reset phone and erase all data.
- Having done all this, the terminal will begin the process that will end with the phone as freshly out of the box.
